The margin is the middleman. I cut him out.
Big-box stores buy in enormous volumes, then have to dump what doesn't sell — returns, floor models, last season's boxes. That's where I come in. I buy at the pallet level, sort it, test it, and sell it on at a price that still beats the shelf.

Mixed lots from liquidators, auctions and store buyouts. Buying mixed is what keeps the cost per unit low.

Every item gets powered on and photographed. Anything broken never reaches you — it's stripped for parts or returned.

Mostly liquidation pallets and open-box returns from big retailers, plus closing-down store stock and auction lots. Nothing comes from a van in a parking lot, and nothing is a counterfeit — I buy from established liquidators and auction houses.
Are the items new, or used?
Each listing says so, in plain words: New (sealed carton), Open box (carton opened, item unused or barely used), or Like new (used lightly, fully tested). Every unit gets powered on and checked before I list it, whatever the grade.
What happens if it's faulty?
Tell me within 14 days and you get a full refund, or a swap if I have another unit. Manufacturer warranty coverage depends on the brand and the item's status, so I'll tell you what's left on the clock before you buy — no guessing.
How do I pay, and how does it get to me?
Local pickup is free and you can test the item on the spot. Shipping is a flat rate within the region, tracked, usually out the door within 48 hours. Payment details get sent once you reserve — nothing is charged until you've seen photos of your actual unit.
Can you find a specific thing for me?
That's most of what I do now. Send me the model you want and the price you'd be happy with. If it turns up on a pallet at or under that number, I message you first. If not, I tell you that too instead of stringing you along.
How long can you hold something?
24 hours from when you tap Reserve, longer if you ask. Most items are single units, so first reserve wins — I'll always tell you honestly if someone beat you to it.
